This machine really does have a heavy duty laser. The assembly on it is difficult but there are videos that can push you through. The customer service is outstanding and very detailed. I feel that any product you purchase here will be a satisfying one. The days of one on one service is hardly around anymore...but these guys bring you back to a time when service mattered the most. I can appreciate that.
