DDP SHIPPING TO THE USA
Delivery to the USA:
Starting in May 2025, because of the new International Tariffs, we're making shipping to the USA even easier. We are using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping.
This means no unexpected costs for you when your package arrives!
DDP is a shipping method where we handle all the steps and costs to get your package right to your door.
Basically, the price you pay at checkout is the final price. You won't need to pay extra for customs, duties, or taxes when your package is delivered.
Tracking your shipment to the USA:
* When you first get your tracking number, it will show a message like this: "Shipper created a label, but we have not received the package yet."
Don't worry, this just means the USA shipping label is ready, and your package is starting its journey.
(This stage usually takes 7-8 business days)
* You'll start seeing detailed tracking updates once your package arrives in the USA and goes through customs.
After that, it will be given to a local delivery company (like USPS, FedEx, or UPS). At this point, the tracking will become more detailed, showing its movement within the USA and giving you a better idea of the delivery date.
* In total, the delivery time to your address will be about 8-10 business days (starting from the date you receive the tracking number).
